I’ve realised that I haven’t done a quick summary of my training in March, so here goes:
- Total miles: 71.75 miles
- Number of runs: 16
- Races: 0
I’m still really struggling with my leg and getting pretty fed up about it 😦 I dropped the mileage down a bit to try and give it chance to heal, along with stretching and strength training, but just when I think I’m getting somewhere it gets bad again.
However, looking back, this is 12 more miles than last March, and 3 more runs – so I’ll try and take that as a positive.
